One of the best ways to protect PII (Personal Identifiable Information) and sensitive data is to perform a Security Risk Assessment on your organization.Together we will dive into your organization and work to identify the holes and create a plan to sure-up weaknesses to help your business become more compliant.
Once logged in you will clink a link where you will be brought to a page that will allow you to describe your organization. This information along with the actual Security Risk Assessment questions, will help SecureIT SMB perform the Security Risk Assessment.
SecureIT SMB’s portal has a 55 question Security Risk Assessment questionnaire. The questions will provide an insight into how you are currently protecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and sensitive data within your organization. After completion of the questionnaire the team at SecureIT SMB will use this information to help perform the Security Risk Assessment.
After answering the Risk Assessment questions in Step 3 you will be asked to upload any existing policies and procedures (P&Ps) you have in place. (It is ok if you do not have any documented at this time). If you do upload any policies and procedures this will provide insight into how your existing policy and procedures address protecting PII and sensitive data. Examples of the existing P&Ps include:<br /> - Employee Termination Procedures<br /> - Data Backup Procedures<br /> - Disaster Recovery Procedures
Marking the Security Risk Assessment Complete is so that you will know you are done and we can begin performing the Security Risk Assessment and produce the Risk Assessment Reports.
After we complete the Security Risk Assessment, SecureIT SMB will delivers a Security Risk Assessment and a Risk Assessment Work Plan with identified weaknesses and a plan to fix the weaknesses identified.
